I’ve been seeing a bunch of advertisements on my social media for Thrive Causemetics‘ Liquid Lash Extension mascara. The ads featured women who had very average-looking lashes and after applying the product, “did a full 180” and came out with lashes that were longer, thicker, and more voluminous. I was so impressed that I decided to make an impulse purchase and ordered a mascara and lash curler (it’s cheaper if you buy it as a set!) to try for myself.
Spoiler alert: it’s the best mascara and lash curler I’ve ever tried.

Liquid Lash Extension: 5/5 Rating
I purchased this mascara in the color Brynn (rich black) but it also comes in the color Crystal (brown-black). If you were to purchase this mascara on its own, it would cost $24, but I purchased it as part of a set with the lash curler which costs $39 ($44 value). When I first applied it, I was very surprised that this mascara wasn’t clumpy and wet like some of the other mascaras I’ve tried. The Liquid Lash Extension mascara did exactly what a mascara should do: lengthen and volumize. I felt like I was wearing false lashes when in reality, my lashes were probably longer than some of the falsies I own. I had the mascara on for the whole day and my lashes stayed perfectly curled and volumized (basically, they looked exactly like when I did my makeup in the morning). I really can’t say anything bad about this product (it’s also packaged really nice if that makes any difference).
Pro tip: wiggle the mascara wand from the base of your lashes to the tip to maximize volume. Use two/three coats if you like your lashes really long.
Lash Upgrade Lash Curler: 5/5 Rating
This eyelash curler captures and curls every lash with a gentle press without pinching or tugging on your lashes. I didn’t lose any of my lashes in the process of curling them, which is a problem I often have with other eyelash curlers. I don’t think there’s much else to say about this product other than that I truly recommend purchasing it as a set along with the mascara.
Pro tip: curl your lashes before and after applying your mascara for 3 seconds each to make your lashes really pop.

The first time I placed my order, it, unfortunately, got delivered to the wrong address. So I contacted Thrive Causemetics’ customer service and they immediately sent me a free replacement, no questions asked. Their customer service was incredibly quick and efficient.
