I recently went to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando for the first time! Being there during Disney’s 50th Anniversary and EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival was simply magical. My boyfriend and I spent five days in Orlando, each day visiting a different park. If you’ve never been before, Universal Studios and the four Disney parks (EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios) are HUGE. It requires a full day to walk each park in its entirety.
One of my favorite aspects of visiting the parks was dressing up in character costumes. Some may refer to this as Disneybounding, which is the act of wearing clothes inspired by your favorite Disney character without wearing an exact replica of their attire (since it’s not allowed to pretend to be a Cast Member). While I’ll be sharing outfits that I created specifically for this trip, these outfits are also very wearable for everyday attire. So whether you’re traveling to Disney/Universal Studios, or if you’re just looking for some summer outfits, I hope this post will give you some inspiration. Happy reading!
